The Annual Texas Western Christmas party will be held Saturday, December 1st from 5 PM till 9 PM(ish). Dinner will be served at 6 PM.
Dinner will be catered and served by Coburn’s in Fort Worth. Turkey, dressing, gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, rolls, tea, cobbler.
Price: $15 per person (sorry, no children’s rate) – we have to pay Coburn’s in full before the dinner.
The dinner had to be prepaid by Sunday night (online–11/25/18, In person-11/24/18) for an accurate headcount)
You may still come and participate in the White Elephant Gift Exchange Game Please bring a special snack or dessert, a wrapped gift with a maximum cost of around $20 to the party. Men should bring their wrapped gift marked “MAN’S” and place it under the tree. Women that wish to exchange gifts should also place their wrapped gift marked “WOMAN’S” under the tree. There will be a marked area for each type. Anyone who brought a gift will then draw numbers to determine the order of opening (or stealing someone else’s) a gift! LOL!
